Our Story of Growth
From a small idea about family harmony to a thriving community that's helped thousands discover their potential for meaningful relationships and personal development
The Beginning
What started as weekend workshops in a rented community center has grown into something we never imagined. Back then, it was just me and a handful of families who believed that relationships could be different—healthier, more connected, more intentional.
- First family communication workshop with 12 participants
- Developed foundational curriculum around emotional intelligence
- Established core principles of respectful dialogue and active listening
- Created safe space methodology that still guides our programs today
Finding Our Voice
The pandemic changed everything for families everywhere. Suddenly, everyone was stuck at home together, and the cracks in communication became impossible to ignore. We pivoted quickly, moving our workshops online and reaching families we never could have helped before.
- Launched digital platform serving families across Southeast Asia
- Expanded curriculum to include conflict resolution and stress management
- Trained 15 certified facilitators in our methodology
- Helped over 300 families navigate relationship challenges during lockdowns
Growing Impact
By now, we realized this wasn't just about communication skills anymore. Families were asking for help with everything from financial stress to parenting teenagers to caring for aging parents. We expanded our approach to address the whole family ecosystem.
- Introduced comprehensive family wellness programs
- Partnered with local counselors and family therapists
- Developed specialized tracks for different family structures
- Reached milestone of 1,000 families served since inception

Meet Evelyn Chen
I didn't set out to become a family educator. Actually, I was working in corporate training when my own family went through a really tough period. My teenage daughter wasn't talking to me, my husband and I were ships passing in the night, and my aging mother needed more support than I knew how to give.
Traditional therapy felt too clinical, self-help books were too generic, and family counseling was expensive and hard to access. So I started researching communication techniques, attending workshops, and slowly piecing together approaches that actually worked for real families dealing with real challenges.
When friends started asking for help with their own family situations, I realized there was a huge gap between academic family therapy and practical, accessible tools that regular families could use. That's when liravontesqua was born.
Where We're Headed
The next few years are exciting for us. We're not trying to revolutionize family therapy or replace professional counseling. Instead, we're focused on being that bridge—helping families develop skills before small problems become big ones, and supporting them in building the kind of relationships they actually want to have.
Expanded Learning Formats
We're developing intensive weekend retreats and extended learning programs that will launch in late 2025. These deeper experiences will give families more time to practice new skills together in supportive environments.
Community Network
Building connections between families who've completed our programs, creating ongoing support networks where people can share experiences and continue learning from each other long after formal programs end.
Sustainable Growth
Rather than rapid expansion, we're focused on deepening our impact. Every family we work with should feel genuinely supported, not just processed through a program. Quality relationships take time to build—both within families and within our community.
